My doc suggested I track my cycles for a few months to determine if my symptoms are in fact PMS/PMDD or if they're actually depression. |
Does anyone have a link to a good tracking chart? Or maybe a chart you put together for yourself?
You could just use Google Calendar and write down how you're feeling, or codes for how you're feeling.
Mymonthlycycles.com is passable, though you have to pay to see your charts in any useful fashion. I chart using a spreadsheet myself.
When I actually charted my FAM stuff I made my own charts with a spreadsheet. It was pretty easy if you know how to use a spreadsheet.

Actually iPhone offers several apps for tracking.
Yes, there is a free tracker and it's amazing. I used it and one of my doctors were so impressed she wanted to suggest it to other patients.

I don't know if you can share it. It's called period tracker I think. Sorry. I haven't had it since I broke my IPhone.
