Tracking Chart [Jan. 7th, 2010|01:29 pm]

My doc suggested I track my cycles for a few months to determine if my symptoms are in fact PMS/PMDD or if they're actually depression.

Does anyone have a link to a good tracking chart? Or maybe a chart you put together for yourself?

You could just use Google Calendar and write down how you're feeling, or codes for how you're feeling.

When I actually charted my FAM stuff I made my own charts with a spreadsheet. It was pretty easy if you know how to use a spreadsheet.

Yes, there is a free tracker and it's amazing. I used it and one of my doctors were so impressed she wanted to suggest it to other patients.

I don't know if you can share it. It's called period tracker I think. Sorry. I haven't had it since I broke my IPhone.
